An alumnus of BITS Pilani, our Founder brings to First Edge Trading a distinguished blend of academic excellence, global leadership experience, and deep expertise across technology and capital markets. His professional journey spans some of the world’s most respected organizations, including Intel, Oracle, Nordstrom, Bank of America, LinkedIn, and Amazon, where he held key roles at the intersection of technology, business, and innovation.

His journey in finance took him to Wall Street, where he spent several years working with premier financial institutions including Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers, as well as leading investment firms and hedge funds such as Neuberger Berman. This experience provided him with a first-hand understanding of institutional trading environments, sophisticated market infrastructure, risk management, and the technology that powers modern financial markets.

Drawing on this unique combination of BITS Pilani’s strong foundation in technology and innovation and his extensive global experience across financial markets, he returned to India with a clear vision: to create an institutional-grade trading ecosystem that would make professional trading infrastructure more accessible to the next generation of traders.

This vision led to the establishment of First Edge Trading in Bengaluru, with a mission to address a significant gap in India’s trading landscape—the lack of a robust, professional front-office trading environment accessible to serious retail and aspiring traders. The firm was founded with the belief that access to sophisticated technology, reliable infrastructure, and a professional trading environment can fundamentally transform the way individuals approach the markets.
